​How Do I Place An Order?​
If you are operating from Singapore, just email us perfiximage@gmail.com your order with product codes and quantity, we will arrange free delivery to you.
​If you are ordering outside Singapore, let us know your delivery address so that we can post the order to you, we offer FREE Delivery to most countries however there might be a small delivery fee incurred.

Payment and Shipping
If you are lives in Singapore, you can pay by cash on delivery (we are unable to receive personal cheque, NETS or Credit Card)
If you are ordering outside Singapore, email us your orders and we will let you know the method of payment, different country migth use different payment method.
Delivery Options
For local it will be local delivery.
For overseas, usually we will used registered post or alternatively you can choose to use International courier service such as DHL, Fedex, Gedex …etc and buyer will have to pay for their delivery charges

Returns & Refunds
In order to entitle to our Returns and Refunds policy, it is require that you inspect the delivery with the present of the delivery person and should the item found to be damaged, the delivery person must issue a verification and confirmation official receipts. Keep the original packaging, damaged goods and receipt, immediately email a copy to us for the returns and refund process.
